The Problem: Property A faced the challenge having a consistent posting schedule, showcasing the property and roots to its city, working with outside partners, and not utilizing all of the features that social media has to offer. In this case study we managed 4 different social media pages on Instagram and Facebook with a total combined audience of 29,473. Our goal was to manage and create engaging content for a luxury hotel with a spa and restaurant while partnering with influencers to boost brand visibility across social media. The focus was on leveraging Facebook and Instagram, to generate significant growth in impressions, engagement, and website traffic.
The Solution: To achieve these ambitious goals, we executed a comprehensive marketing strategy involving the following key components:

Content Creation: High-quality, visually appealing content was produced for each platform, highlighting the hotel's luxurious ambiance, world-class spa treatments, and gourmet dining experiences. This included professional photoshoots, behind-the-scenes videos, and guest experience stories. We also partnered with city and other large organizations for cross promotion.

Influencer Partnerships: We strategically collaborated with influencers whose audiences aligned with the hotel’s target market. These influencers visited the hotel, shared their experiences on their channels, and drove engagement through exclusive offers and giveaways.
