The Problem: Property A faced the challenge of revitalizing engagement with a substantial email list of 160,000 subscribers that had been inconsistently marketed to. The objectives were to rebuild relationships with subscribers, boost brand awareness, drive direct room bookings, stimulate interest and ticket sales for activations, and increase traffic to the property’s website. Additionally, the sales team had not been involved in email marketing campaigns.

The Solution: We developed a comprehensive content calendar that incorporated promotional offers, news updates, property changes, information about activations, and seasonal events tailored to Property A’s city location. News was also shared on a national level to certain audiences. We also expanded the subscriber list by integrating data from various property management programs and created targeted offers for the sales team to enhance lead generation efforts. We identified a gap in tracking the performance of previous email campaigns and took action to correct it by implementing proper tracking mechanisms. This included integrating UTM parameters into email links, enabling us to monitor key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.

The Result: Our efforts to reengage with Property A's email list yielded extraordinary results: we expanded the subscriber base from 160,000 to a robust 200,000, showcasing our ability to captivate and grow an audience. The impact on revenue was equally impressive, with direct booking revenue from email marketing skyrocketing from $97,000 in 2022 to an astounding $211,000 in 2023. Moreover, our strategic initiatives drove a significant increase in open rates, soaring from 22% to 35%. These achievements not only underscore our commitment to delivering exceptional results but also highlight our expertise in transforming marketing challenges into outstanding successes.
